大学院大学至善館 副学長 兼 教授。早稲田大学グローバル・ストラテジック・リーダーシップ研究所招聘研究員。1998年京都大学経済学部卒業、2011年ロンドン・スクールオブエコノミクス経営学修士（MSc. Management, Society and Governance) 、2017年同校経営学博士（PhD in Management)。1998年より2013年までリクルート グループ（ワークス研究所、HCソリューショングループ、リクルートマネジメントソリューションズ等）にて組織・人事に関わる研究、コンサルティングに従事。2017年8月より上海交通大学 安泰経済与管理学院 組織管理系 助理教授。2019年8月より現職。CVはこちら。
Katsuhiko Yoshikawa is Vice President and Professor at Shizenkan University, Japan. Prior to joining Shizenkan in August 2019, Katsuhiko served as Assistant Profesosr at Antai College of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China. He also worked as a consultant and researcher at the Recruit Group in Japan (Works Institute, HC Solution Group, Recruit Management Solutions). He received BA in Economics from Kyoto University in 1998 and obtained MSc. Management, Organizations and Governance and PhD in Management from London School of Economics and Political Science. Research
主な研究分野は組織論、人材マネジメント論、国際経営論。特に、グローバル化、デジタル化等の環境変化の影響を受けて変化する今日の組織における組織行動、人材マネジメントについて研究。Journal of Management、Journal of Applied Psychology、Organization Studies、Journal of World Business、日本労働研究雑誌など、国内外の有力学術誌に研究論文を発表。また、Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Journal of International Human Resource Management等でレビュアーを務める。
Katsuhiko’s research focuses on organizational behavior, human resource management, and international business. He is interested in organizational behaviors and human resource management in organizations that changes rapidly under environment changes such as digitalization and globalization. He has published research articles at highly recognized international and Japanese academic journals, such as Journal of Management, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Studies, Journal of World Business, and Japanese Journal of Labor Studies.
Teaching
至善館のMBAプログラムにおいて「人と組織のマネジメント」「国際経営」「キャリアデザイン」等のコースを担当。自身のコンサルティング経験とアカデミックな理論を融合することで、実践的な知を学ぶ機会を提供することに注力。
Katsuhiko currently teaches Management of People and Organization, Global Strategy and Management, and Career Design at Shizenkan’s MBA program. He brings his practical experience as a consultant and his scholarly knowledge into classroom.
Consulting and Advisory
現在、3社の顧問として経営、特に組織運営に関する助言を提供。また、様々なグローバル企業において、次世代経営者育成、経営理念の展開、グローバル人事などに関するコンサルティング、トレーニングの提供を行なっている。
Katsuhiko currently serves as an advisor at three companies. He also provides training and consulting to various global firms in areas such as leadership development, global human resource management, and implementation of corporate philosophy and values.
